Spring has Sprung at Pisco

Ever heard the saying ‘April showers bring May flowers’? Well at Pisco y Nazca, April showers are bringing all-new menu items! Guests can now enjoy seasonal fare like the Arroz Con Pollo featuring Peruvian style chicken and rice, huancaina sauce, and salsa criolla or the Braised Brisket Anticucho made with chicha morada anticuchera, aji amarillo mashed potatoes, and chalaquita. Also available is the Tiradito a la Parmesana with scallops, parmesan leche de tigre, parmesan crisp, and chimichurri picante or the Parihuela – Peruvian seafood soup with mussels, shrimp, squid, fish, blue crab, aji amarillo, aji panca. An added bonus is the Papa Rellena, a cultural favorite of potato, ground beef, aji amarillo, aji panca, huancaina, and salsa criolla. To wash down these new bites, we’ve also unveiled the Sour Grapes cocktail made with Mosto Verde Pisco, sauvignon blanc, lime juice, grapes, egg white, and oregano syrup and La Mariposa made with Tanqueray gin, triple sec, simple syrup, lime juice, orange, and basil. Make sure to leave some room for our seasonal dessert – El Classico – an arroz con leche custard, with chicha morada, pirouline, and cinnamon.
