Begin your journey by savoring the flavors of Peru’s coast with the invigorating Ceviche Tradicional, made with fish, Leche de Tigre, cancha and choclo (Peruvian corn). Moving inland, indulge in the hearty Lomo Saltado, featuring meat, onions, tomatoes, and a heaping portion of papitas. Finish on a sweet note at the capital with the eye-catching Suspiro, made with dulce de leche custard, meringue and passion fruit glaze.  

Pair your Peruvian classics with some sweet summertime spirits! Try Pisco y Nazca’s Tasting Menu, and indulge in 3 different types of Peru’s National Cocktail – the Pisco Sour. Beginning with a sweet airy foam, guests break through the egg white layer to discover the icy and refreshing citrusy sweetness of Pisco.
