Born and raised in Iquitos, Peru, Miguel Antonio Gomez Fernández is the Executive Chef at Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar. Miguel Antonio comes to us most recently from San Francisco, where he served as Chef de Cuisine at La Mar Cebicheria Peruana, celebrity chef Gastón Acurio’s world-class Peruvian restaurant.
His talent and dedication to developing menus and creating amazing dishes is what makes Miguel Antonio stand out in the industry as well as an exceptional leader in our kitchen.
